The NXTDEVS AI team’s mission is to drive competitive value from data at scale through building AI models to optimize user experiences, decision making, operational efficiencies, and leading the region’s AI ecosystem. As one of the technical leaders of this team, you will be at the forefront of fulfilling this mission. You will be working with the top data science talent of the region, to solve the region’s day-to-day problems, through state-of-the-art, well-integrated, democratized experimentation and AI, across our different products and platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for day to day delivery of all project management tasks.
• Develop the client brief and Project Execution Plans to suit the specific requirements of the project.
• Deliver projects within the framework of risk, sustainability and environmental considerations agreed upon at the business case/client brief stage, while maintaining focus on time, cost and quality.
• Manage internal teams across projects and act as a lead for delivery.
• To ensure quality and standard of the given project.
• Facilitate his team for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team
• Responsible for ensuring consistent reporting, risk mitigation, time line, and cost control.
• Responsible for preparing and reporting status reports to higher management.
• Must abide by all company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction and managing the clients

Eligibility Criteria/Qualification/Requirements:

• Proven experience in Project management and ability to lead project teams of different sizes.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
• Ability to take a well-defined problem and come up with a response based on an independent analysis of the data.
• Demonstrated ability to manage various tasks effectively and coordinate between project members
• PMP certification is plus.
